Weather or Not is best understood as a series of dope tracks with nice features, incredible beats, and deceptively deep rhymes masked in Ev's distinct deadpan delivery.  Ev has said that his goal was to deliver an album full of tracks designed to stand alone on playlists, and I'd say he pretty much delivered that.

I'll probably get into more review of this record in the next issue of the magazine, but for now, just bump that stream courtesy of Rhymesayers.

Peace,
"some AX"

He is the artist of many great comics you never heard of like Herman Heed, Champion of Children, The Brother and The World As You Know It. He even writes and draws his own comics, like Dare: The Adventures of Darius Davidson, Spontaneous, and Manchild when he gets around to it. Because making comics is hard and stuff, he started GhettoManga as a blog in 2006 and as a print magazine in 2008.
